Hi, I'm Nick and welcome to Ad Superpowers. I've been an advertising specialist for over 10 years. Started in traditional media buying, then shifted to performance marketing as the industry evolved. Like many of you, I've been intrigued by AI developments in the last couple of years and the way it impacts our work today.
My challenges aren't that different from other advertising specialists. Too much of my time is spent on gathering data and answering routine questions rather than doing actual strategic work. Another challenge I was facing is delivering a consistent quality to clients across the board. The dream is to spend my time on the tasks that actually move the needle for clients, like deep strategic sessions and creative development.
I also noticed the trend of centralised AI interfaces to do just about anything. And being into the developer mindset for the last few months, I can see clearly where this is going and just how powerful it can be if you can tie together all the right data sources and leverage the most powerful AI models that are currently out there.
Over the past six months, I dove deep into agentic coding - exploring everything from simple app builders like Lovable to serious tools like Cursor, VS Code, and Claude Code. I watched every YouTube video, tried every workflow.
I initially wanted to build another dashboard. Another platform where everything would be managed. But then it hit me:
The future isn't another dashboard. The future is working from the AI interface itself - Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor - wherever you already work. It's context engineering in a way, giving your models the right data, so you can ask better questions.
These tools already integrate with Canva, Gmail, Google Drive and many others. Why not add your advertising data too?
So I started building. Nights and weekends, while still managing 10+ clients during the day. The question driving me was simple: how can I make my own life easier, now and in the future? And by extension, every other advertiser's life too?
The name “Ad Superpowers” reflects exactly that idea. As advertisers and marketing specialists, we already have the knowledge and expertise. But with the right tools, we can amplify what we're capable of. Think of it as giving yourself superpowers - not replacing your skills, but enhancing them so you can focus on what truly matters.
The result is Ad Superpowers - a way to connect your advertising accounts to any AI assistant you choose. No data storage, no lock-in, no new dashboard to learn. Just ask questions and get answers.

During the day, I'm still an advertising specialist managing campaigns for over 10 clients. Ad Superpowers is what I build in the evenings and nights - a solo project born from wanting to solve the challenges I face on a daily basis.
